We're always hiring! Check out all the current opportunities to serve on a field crew, as an individual placement, or to join our staff.

Field Crews are trained teams based out of Logan, Moab, or Cedar City, while our Individual Placement members serve with one organization for their entire term.

Serve with one of our various non-profit or government organizations focused on addressing environmental stewardship, education, and sustainability.

Provide leadership and support to multiple field crews, and assistance to field staff in seasonal trainings and logistical coordination (10-month term).

Lead 5–10 person crews on various conservation-related projects, all while facilitating a positive crew member experience throughout work and camp life (9-month term).

Work and live in the outdoors as part of a field crew in service to public lands and the communities that surround them (3-6 month term).
