UCC Onboarding PART 2

IMPORTANT: It may take up to 5 business days after completion of PART 1 to receive emails for Items 1-3 below.

 1. My AmeriCorps – A national website that tracks all of your AmeriCorps Terms of Service

        1. You will receive an email invitation to the My AmeriCorps portal. Use the link provided in the email to create a login for the website. Submit your Enrollment Information.

        2. If you completed a previous AmeriCorps term of service or have applied for an AmeriCorps position in the past, login on and complete the "Enrollment Form" located on your main login page.

        3. PLEASE NOTE: If you don't know your zip plus, enter "0000".


2. runIPT – Your official UCC AmeriCorps Term of Service Member Profile and Hours Tracking:

        1. You will receive an email from IPT with default username and password information. Use these defaults to login and create your own username and password. SAVE YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD. Organization ID: ucovac

        2. Once logged in, click the “Student Detail” tab, update all personal information and click “Save”

        3. Click “View” next to the “Enrollment and Eligibility Verification”. Complete and electronically sign.

        4. Click “View” next to the “Member Service Agreement”. Read, view section X for pay informamtion, and electronically sign.


 3.  USU Employee A#

If you have had any affiliation with Utah State University as a student or employee, you already have a USU A# - contact if you are unsure or cannot remember your USU A#.

If you are a new employee with USU, you will receive an email with an A#.
